Delivered improved performance and increased levels of financial awareness and understanding to a portfolio of SME’s through part-time, client specific ‘Finance Director Services’.

Main achievements include:

- Led the directors of an engineering business through the development of strategies to enable them to exploit opportunities and mitigate threats.
- Assisted an electronics manufacturer in the purchase and integration of a French supplier
- Enabled the successful disposal of a Children’s Events business from a group of three businesses.
- Advised a recruitment company on the optimal means of extracting funds from a complex legal structure.
- Established a full set of financial and business processes for an IT company immediately following the receipt of £3m VC funding.
- Advised a German company on the establishment of a UK entity. Directed the implementation of the ‘support’ aspects of the project and the ongoing business.
- Constructed short and medium term business plans to support the directors of several early stage companies in successful bids for debt finance.
- Managed the selection and implementation of Sage Line 50 and Sage Line 100 at two different clients.
